Our MISSION

Our mission is improving athletic performance, preventing injuries, and improving linear & lateral speed, agility, power, dynamic stability, core strength, conditioning level, and sport-specific tests while building confidence with the use of highly trained, knowledgeable, experienced, and motivated instructors.

Our Coaches

​Director of Performance - Allen Langford


Allen is a former collegiate athlete where he started at corner for four years at University of Wisconsin. He was a two time All-Big Ten athlete as well as academic All-Big Ten, he also was team MVP of the 2008 football team. He graduated with a Business and Communication degree. Upon completion of college he had s brief stint with the Buffalo Bills. He has worked at University of Toledo with coach Rick Court as well as the San Francisco 49ers as a Fellowship Coach. Allen has worked with many local high school students, including 100 division one athletes who are going to Michigan State, Ohio State, TCU, Michigan, Texas, Texas A&M, and Wisconsin. He has also  worked with a host of NFL players and holds certification with NSCA/CSCS. His staff consists of former track and college football stars.

​Performance Coach - Roget Maddox


Roget is a beloved Houston native with a stint as a collegiate football athlete at Sol Ross University. Roget is very enthusiastic about helping people reach their fitness goals. Roget is currently working alongside NBC as a Ninja on its hit show America Ninja Warrior. Currently Roget serves as a Performance Coach for Athletic Body Mechanics. Roget aims for all his clients to o achieve above and beyond their goals.
