As well as sport specific coaching and conditioning. This program is designed to prepare your son or daughter for competition and to propel them for success at the next level
High School Athletes: This is your 13-18 year age group. Where we focus on linear and lateral speed, resistance training involving resistance machines, resistance bands, free weights, as well as body weight. We put emphasis on improving explosiveness and power. We focus a lot on plyo metrics and increasing sport specific test. This is where your son or daughter exceeds their expectations.
This is your college freshman to college senior. Where the focus is on increasing flexibility and stability. We emphasize improving 40 times, vertical jumps, agility tests, as well as strength tests. We focus heavily on developing sports massages and chiropractic service. One on one coaching with expert coach in your sport.
This is your professional athlete. We focus on improving flexibility. As well as conditioning to prepare for the season. Our focus is on recovery from the season as well as preparation for upcoming season. Sports massages, chiroprators, nutritional plans, and extreme training is the focus. We also travel with the athlete during season to provide the same services
